Procedure and Contacts for Cancelling a Class
Please contact your students via email and set up an alternate assignment for them in lieu of a class meeting.
- Please email your dean: Dr. Scott Stein.
- Please email your department chairs: Dr. Tammy Powley & Dr. Katherine Piatchek.
- Please email your campus provost.
- Please cc all assistants in the email.
In the body of the emails, please include the alternate assignment that you are providing for the class. This is useful if a student contacts an assistant, provost, or chair. We will then be able to give them directions.
If you are ever so sick that you can’t send such an email, please have someone contact one of the ECML Department Chairs.
